Social-Emotional Behavioral Coaching
Therapy and Motion provides coaching and emotional support for all behaviors and emotional support. From managing anger to changing negative thought patterns, to general problem solving, to assertiveness, increased self-esteem and so much more! Our research based behavioral coaching is based on the principle that all human behavior is learned. Each behavior has a positive or negative outcome. Therefore, coaches will use their expertise and knowledge to teach new skills and strategies derived from positive psychology, goal planning and cognitive processing to help manage mental health concerns. Coaches will also connect families to resources as needed.
Pricing: $40/hr
Social Skills Coaching
Our social skills coaches assist with helping individuals with or without disabilities become more comfortable and socially skilled in their everyday life. Coaches help improve communication/conversational skills, and self-confidence, building rapport and deeper connections with others in the community.
Pricing: $36/hr
Alternative Family Living Consultation
Our goal is to provide detailed information to help families understand the unique opportunity to have your loved one live within a family unit that has specific training, knowledge and experience and can offer specific services and support. Our mantra as Mental Health clinicians is "How can we help families ease their minds knowing their child will be taken care of in the next chapter of life ?" We offer a 45 minute consultation to ensure all questions and concerns are addressed concerning the Alternative Family Living process! Essentially, families will be empowered and comfortable with allowing their loved one become part of a new family structure and explore school, work, day and community services, volunteer opportunities and other community and family-based activities through successful collaboration!
Pricing: $36/hr
