What is the cost of services?
Consultation is free! Further pricing information will provided at the end of consultation. We will soon accept Medicaid and private insurance. We do accept self-pay payments.
How long is the program? Will my child(ren) remain in therapy indefinitely?
The length of the program varies based on your child’s specific needs and diagnosis. Our ultimate goal is to equip each child with the skills they need to thrive independently, not to keep them in therapy long-term. After the initial evaluation, we’ll reassess progress at 3 and 6 months. At each checkpoint, the therapist and family will decide together whether continued services are needed. We also offer an Extension Program that runs year-round for those who benefit from ongoing support.

Play therapy & CBT. Applied Behavioral Analysis strategies, role play, and restructuring of thinking skills
What is CBT? What is play therapy?
CBT is a modality designed to challenge the unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, improves emotional regulation, and the development of coping skills/strategies that target solving currents problems. Play Therapy is a modality that is often used with younger children in response to meeting their mental health needs. It is an effective way to communicate with the child(ren) and allow them to express themselves in a age-appropriate manner.
Applied Behavioral Analysis strategies - strategies that help children with autism decrease unwanted behaviors and improves your child's independent daily living skills
Role Play - acting out a character or person to enhance social and emotional wellness, interaction with peers and communication skills
Restructuring of thinking skills - strategies used to help individuals identify and challenges their negative thinking patterns
