Therapy and Motion provides coaching and emotional support for all behaviors and emotional support. From managing anger to changing negative thought patterns, to general problem solving, to assertiveness, increased self-esteem and so much more!

Our research based behavioral coaching is based on the principle that all human behavior is learned. Each behavior has a positive or negative outcome. Therefore, coaches will use their expertise and knowledge to teach new skills and strategies derived from positive psychology, goal planning and cognitive processing to help manage mental health concerns. Coaches will also connect families to resources as needed.

Our social skills coaches assist with helping individuals with or without disabilities become more comfortable and socially skilled in their everyday life. Coaches help improve communication/conversational skills, and self-confidence, building rapport and deeper connections with others in the community.
